Have had nothing but problems since I had gotten my first loan here. The loan officers are rude, condescending, give you false information, & act like they know what’s best for you. At the end of the day I want a credit union, not a uninvited life counselor. Do not recommend WFCU & will be sure to let others know.
The loan officer here is rude and condescending. She practically yells during her conversation and asks invasive questions that aren't relevant. It seemed like she thought I was lying to her when I wasn't and gave her no reason to think so. I can confidently say we will never do business here and encourage others to stay away.
I thought about giving 2 stars because Stacy is very wonderful and I really liked her. But Vernell, the insurance lady, was not very helpful at all. She was rude when I spoke with her and gave me condescending information. And this is after flagging her down after leaving a voicemail 3 weeks ago. She never called me back and so I called the main branch today and I asked to speak with anyone in the insurance department because I haven't gotten a call back. She told me she was going to be connecting me with someone named Angie and then when I was connected someone said hello and I said yes hello and there was a long pause and I said hello? She said yes and I said is this Angie and she said no this is Vernell.. Like seriously? Way to answer the phone. Will be avoiding this bank from now on. Such a terrible experience today.
