The manager at the main location has a very unpleasant attitude. There were some issues with getting my Driver's license changed to my married name on my part, however the attitude that came from the manager was very rude resulting in the possible closure of my account. The tellers were very pleasant as always.
CS representative named Trish was very curt on the phone, ended the call with "ummm, bye"
