This place is a joke! Wouldn’t cash a check - and another location cashed 2 of the same checks previously! Called ahead and got the ok! 2 thumbs down, 0 stars, rude, mannerless and needs some customer service skills, maybe get a name tag Ms. manager!!! Elderly gal- has Poor, poor service skills!! You're newest hire is really terrible. The last time I went in there she told me I didn't have an account to cash my check . Once I told her I had cashed other checks she argued that I wasn't in the system. Another gal that recognized me told her I was. Then today I went to do my taxes, and she told me I couldn't because I didn't have a physical copy of my SSC I couldn't file. That's fine- but she said anywhere I went I'd have to have the physical copy with me. I'm writing this review from H&R where they gladly welcomed me to do my taxes without the physical copy. What I have the issue with is the confidence in the wrong information she has spouted twice on separate occasions. Please teach your employees if they don't know or have an issue to ASK. It truly makes me not want to go back to keep getting irritated because she doesn't know what she's doing, and doesn't use any resources before reacting with incorrect information.
I don't even want to to give this place one star, very rude staff and the manager is so rude. Went in to cash a check with my husband and they were rude to both of us. saying oh we can't cash this check, u mean u are being lazy and not wanting to help. Please people go somewhere we shouldn't have to put up with this.
Very rude to my wife and I. Very rude employees and they didn't want to cash a check because it was from Chase bank. Just so rude and the manager, the heavy set one so rude and told my wife nope. These women don't even want to bother to help people, and we are not the only ones with a bad experience here it looks like.
