Horrible experience would not recommend to anyone!! Very unprofessional and rude!!!
After today’s experience I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I had showed up in person to discuss my account since I was past due two payments. After trying to explain that I had been out of work due to an injury at first and then waiting on my boss to call and put me back to work. They talked down on me being judge mental saying I wasn’t even trying to work and that I didn’t care that mine and my mother in laws vehicles were about to be repossessed. They continued to be very unprofessional saying they knew what kind of person I was even after the things they said. They don’t even care about what you are going through and how they can work things out as far as payments.
Currently sitting here, welcomed and told to have a seat at the desk. She took a phone call and then served 2 other people right in front of me, so apparently not a first come first serve. Also, apparently it takes hours to get approved. Definitely not recommending this place. Even though I provided proof of income and a down payment of 70% for the last loan to purchase a vehicle, they denied me for that as well.
