I have no issues other than I would like to be able to see my balance and be updated on transactions etc. The payment takes 5+ days to come out of my account and I am never 100% sure what that charge will be exactly. It is difficult for me to budget, and as a mom, I don't have the luxury of time to keep calling the location biweekly. That being said, Dave is fantastic and very considerate. The guys in the office are great. Having said that, this company is a total scam. I have a small loan that they take payments from my account every two weeks without fail. I needed to cash a 200.00 dollar check I was paid for pet sitting services but they won't cash it because they can't verify with my client that they wrote the two party check to me. They are local and it saves me from driving a long way to my bank. The writer is on vacation. Do you really think it's going to be easy to verify.??? I have used this office several times, once from the same clients. Now they can't verify them? What a crock. Thanks for leaving me broke for a week, without enough gas to go to my own bank.
