As with all lending companies, if you don't pay your monthly payment, they WILL CALL YOU! If someone owed you money, and didn't make a payment, you would call them too! Eryn at the Washington branch is awesome! She always gets us money when we need it. I never have a problem here. Of course, I do always make my payments.
