They are rude ,they are inconsistent ,they overcharge you with anything ,they do not help you at all, their staff is very disrespectful. They have no HR number to contact and their manager is just as disrespectful as their staff.Worst decision of my life going to Midwest acceptance Corporation and they are very rude they deserve less than one store.If there was absent for no stars that’s what they will get !!!!
Awsome people! Always polite and respectful. On recent 5K Run for the Heros, at Jefferson Barracks, we saw a sign along the route from them, that showed me they support our veterans and fallen heros. I appreciate companies that support this, and will continue to do business with them for that reason.
I cannot wait for tax season! Because the sooner I pay them off the BETTER! They are the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met. I called simply to ask if my account has been moved and they were just so disrespectful and speaking to me as if I was dumb. I used to work in customer service and if I spoke the way they did I guarantee you I would’ve been fired.
I would give 0 stars if I could. They unlawfully repossessed my car and charged me twice for the repossession fee. I have filed a lawsuit against them. You would think a financial institution would be able to keep track of their money coming in better but not these people. I was charged late fees when I wasn't late. Called and talked to them they said they would look into it and call me back the next day and never heard from them.
They are very rude. I have dealt with them for years. They have a rep Named Jason and he is so rude it is ridiculous. They get smart with you for no reason . I would not do business with them at all !!! Take this as a warning .
