I went to your Chippewa Branch in St. Louis. I was going in for a renewal and upgrade on a loan. They took very good care of me. Thanks to Mike and his team for taking care of me.
I called and spoke to Mike, he was so nasty to me I wont do business again here. In fact it is no longer pleasant to contact this place and makes it hurt when i have to make a payment. THAT STINKS! IF THERE WASNT CANCER IN THE HOUSE, IT MAY BE A DIFFERENT SITUATION BUT NO COMPASSION HERE JUST ON A POWER-TRIP. DRUNK ON POWER! SORRY I USED THIS PLACE. I WILL GET RID OF IT WHEN I HAVE THE TIME TO SIT DOWN AND DO IT. IF YOU GO HERE, BE STRONG CAUSE IF NOT THE ATTITUDE WILL BEAT YOU DOWN!
Stealing from poor people who gives a loan with 35% APR with good credit. that’s no longer business but stealing from the poor.
Very disappointed as I feel this company gave me false hope. I needed the loan to consolidate debt I was "pre-approved" for $4000. After submitting all of the information they deny me because there isn't enough equity in my car that was required to be used for collateral. I don't understand that since my car is a 2017 in perfect condition. Haley was very nice during the process but I am extremely disappointed in the out come.
The process for getting my loan was quick and has terms that are straightforward and easy to understand. My agent was helpful and willing to answer all my questions and everything thus far has gone as I expected.
