I called the Florissant Location to get information about getting a loan & when the phone was answered. The person who answered was having a very inappropriate conversation & did not noticed they answered. I tried to get her attention, but had no luck. I called the Kingshighway location & Latoya was there to help. She told me what I needed and to come right on it to get a loan. It was a fairly quick process & I was approved for what I needed. She was very professional and made sure to turn my frown upside down with a better experience at this location! Make sure to say I sent you when you visit them!
