The best emergency cash option in Saint Louis. Always friendly, helpful service. And the interest rates are very reasonable, compared to others I've tried. Paying them back doesn't create another cash emergency.
Danielle has terrible customer service. Very rude, seemingly excited to deny cashing my money order. When I came back with the order corrected for my second check cashing visit, she charged me $3 for a first-time check cashing fee. Before refusing to cash my check the first visit, she signed me up for an account without informing me instead of just saying she couldn't cash the order. I've been to other locations with absolutely no problems. If Danielle didn't work at this location I'm sure the experience would be much more pleasant and professional.
The customer service is terrible. The person behind the counter did the bare minimum. It's not worth the visit. I never had such a miserable experience cashing a simple check. I rather do business with Bank of America than do this again.
