This place is always clean and friendly. Vanessa took care of my today and was the kindest lady. Will definitely recommend.
Pros: the employee behind the counter was polite and professional, the store was clean. Cons: they didn't take half of the brands of gift cards I tried to sell. Not only did they need a copy of my license, they demanded my full SSN (to buy a $25 gift card at half price!) Then they told me their system couldn't verify the balances on the cards and that they couldn't call the hotline on back. The first ACE location I tried told me their entire get card system was down and they couldn't do anything. Advice to management: you don't need someone's full social over $12. Get a better "system." Neither Cash4Gold in Mid Rivers Mall nor Coach Card off N Grand had any issues checking my balances, and I didn't have to put my identity at risk to do business with them.
