I use their services. They offer a lot of services and a lot of different areas. Some are reasonably priced and others are kind of high for being a check-cashing facility , I guess their prices are about the same as anywhere else. I've always been treated with respect and kindness fron every employee. They all are very knowledgeable about their services and answer your questions with detailed answers. Due to it being in a high volume area the place usually has a bunch of patrons waiting to use their services. So the waiting can be long at times.( it doesn't help that some of the customers aren't very bright and can't understand simple percentages amongst other things.) I would say that the men whom work there are by far the better workers with the best customer care. And I would say the worst part about it all would be the homeless people who walk up and down the street asking for money all day long everyday and it's always the same 3 people. So be prepared to get asked for money before you go in and definitely when you come out.

I like this place. There up front and tell you exactly what your getting into. Everyone that I've encountered there is extremely nice. Plus they are very understanding.
customer service needs help and it needs ceiling repair and bright lights. It looks all dead and its very small and very busy and you all need more than one worker there too. And security
