I had a title loan there that I paid on time every time but some how my loan almost never decreased in principle I was then notified by a branch employee that alot of the employees will sometimes purposely put your payment in late so that 98% of your payment goes to interest, meaning you pay your $100 payment $2-$4 goes towards your actual loan and the other $98-$96 goes towards interest
