All 3 of the ladies in the office are absolutely wonderful!! They took a chance when every where else said, No. Now I’m rebuilding my credit slowly. Great customer service and will work with you, if you are going to be late making a payment. The next time, I run a little short on cash or have an emergency come up. Linda and the other ladies are really sweet and easy to work with.
Was late 1 payment due to being injured on the job and not having spare income to make the payment as well as my rent and bills. Linda was really rude over the phone and completely lacking in professionalism. Even after being told I would pay her in 2 weeks on next check she was ignorant. I will never again be using her services.
