What was expected to be another negative experience instantly changed direction when we walked in the door. Erin was outstanding! After several disappointing exchanges with lenders who lacked helpful information, conveyed less hospitality and demanded more money in exchange for less customer satisfaction, Erin really nailed it. She was smiling and friendly from the moment we opened the door, before we had even stepped inside! She was knowledgable and professional. She knew exactly how to help us, without a lot of hassle or dreaded 'red-tape' demands. The icing on the cake of our surprisingly delightful encounter was the lower rate!
