The drive through banking is the slowest I've ever seen. Waited in line over 20 minutes tonight. Teller said they were at half staff today. I said it is always slow even if you are the only car there. She said they have been short staffed for two months. Time to hire some people
Was was depositing out side took 15 minutes or more to slow it's never been like that before
I like Mazuma as a financial institution, but the employees at the Raymore location are never friendly. I'm only there a handful of times a year to make a deposit, but it's always the same.
I love this branch and Mazuma! I always have friendly service. The employees know me and remember the things I have going on at the time. They offer very competitive loan rates and don't charge excessive fees. I appreciate the time and knowledge they share with me and my family.
Everything is difficult. Noone wants to help and they say someone will call you back but they don't. Switched to a different bank. It's ok for 6 different employees to have my social but they won't give me my account number to pay off a loan. Been trying for a week to pay off final account and they have refused wire transfer. And have to reset password almost everytime I try to log in online.
