Always a friendly face when I go to the bank. Glad they have the new automatic teller.
Rude AF! Waited in line for 25 minutes with 3 people working in the bank but only 1 teller. It's the 3rd of July, 2:00pm, finally Angie the manager came out and it took her about 4 minutes to log into a computer (knowing customer service, and the fact that it's a day before a bank holiday she should have logged on in the morning to be ready for the busy day) and then started helping the guy in front of me. (At this time I've waited 25 min and there are at least 10 people behind me in line) I watched her hand him his receipt THEN he pulls out his cell phone and starts showing her pictures of a mutual friend and they started a new conversation about Hi-boy restaurant. At that time I walked up and said "hey we all have places to get back to" and are that point he put his phone away and left. I walked back up and she said "just so you know I was doing work while he was up here". I said "no, I watched you hand him the receipt and THEN he got out his phone and you guys started talking about HI- boy". She said "don't tell me how to do my job!" I said "without the people in this line you don't have a job". Then she said "do you want your money back??!" I said "no, I want my money in my account!" I asked her what her name was. She said Angie. And I said "Okay Angie, I got you". And I left. SMDH! Customer service is a dying art!
Can’t get a hold of a real person on the phone and I live about an hour and a half away.
FOR the majority of of time there there very helpful kind courteous, you wait to long on phone service to find out ABOUT internet questions. RESPECTFULLY Robert r calvert
I always go to state line because service is mediocre here. When i cant avoid coming all they do is remind me why i dont like coming here
