Never had a customer service issue with any other locations besides this one. I’ve been with ComAmer for 8 years now and I’ve never been treated so poorly before. Teller must’ve been having a bad morning but the bad interaction led to me contacting customer service, which I rarely do with any company in general.
Great bank to bank at, fast and reliable.
Every time I've gone to this location they've been helpful and friendly. The staff here knows how to treat their customers.
Been a member for quite a while. Walked in, got cut off by someone who walked in behind me, the lady saw this happen, and continued helping the guy that cut me off. 30 minutes later of waiting to be helped, I left. This place is a joke. To think I was planning on refinancing loans at this place.
