Always fast, friendly, and affordable. And absolutely reasonable when pawning things. Very professional, always have smiles.
I've frequented this location for some time now. This round was exceptionally bad! Things were not explained well and the service was horrible. When you come in the staff acts like they're annoyed to have to wait on you. I can deal with that but after this last experience I will NEVER be back. I was very insulted by a staff member. For the record I try to write good reviews. This case I just can't. Consumer Beware! Don't do business here.
Now I used the last away. When I wanted see the item they wouldn't let me see. The item was top notch tho and at a great price. The staff has lot of work to do. Some were nice and upbeat. Others I can tell hate pain customers. All in all I go by there regularly to see what's new. I recommend just buy items. Not your pain or sell. That maybe a waste of time.
Always polite courteous and when there is a problem with something and you buy their 15 day plan you can always return it for a full refund. Very professional family based business
HORRIBLE!!!! Worse pawn shop experience I’ve ever experienced in my life! Literally had to wait 2 hours for a rude a#% staff to tell me something on a piece of paper that was wrote down by the manger. (Oh she’s lovely as well! ) My recommendation is to avoid this place when possible. Nothing but overpriced items as if there retail; sold by a few uneducated ignorant staff!! Would have gave this place 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me...
