Absolutely terrible company. They loose paperwork and forget to mail it to the proper people. They also claim that I had a lien with them that was paid in full for over 3 years and when I called to talked to them about it they couldn't find my account or anything saying I had an account with them

Shifty place. Harassment is their specialty. Trying to make my last payment, and my payoff balance mysteriously went up by $65 overnight.
