Best customer service I ever received.
Absolutely horrible. I paid off my 23% interest title loan but never had the time to go back and get my title papers before I moved out of state because they took too long to be sent back from the state the car was bought and titled in. So now two years later they say I didn’t pay my loan and had my car repoed and gave me 30days to pay or lose my car and it’s a few days short of 30 and they have yet to provide me with proof that I owe them anything and say every time I call that they sent my paperwork in the mail. Um... no there is no active loan I have the receipt and no your not sending anything for the fifth or sixth time that I’ve called and asked now because there is none. You just figured you still had a title for it and pry have no business so just take mine randomly two years later with no proof. Low level dirty business, how do you feed your kids with all that dirty money and not feel ashamed.
