Biggest complaint is the excessive wait time trying to make a simple deposit at the drive through teller. Don’t have time to wait 15 minutes nearly every time. Only reason I bank here is it is close to my business.
Waited 16 minutes at drive-through for a simple transaction. After pressing "call" several times, I finally got a response and I asked for him to return my transaction if he could not process it in a timely manner. He returned my check, deposit slip & DL; without so much as an "I'm sorry we wasted 16 minutes of your life and now you have to go somewhere else to make a simple deposit." Another merchant with the unspoken motto "you are the customer and your time has no value."
Tried to deposit two checks at the drive thru several times to no avail. They appear to be broken. It's easier to go the the Commerce on Manchester even if further.
Teller gave me the wrong account number for my direct deposit hopefully the company I work for can fix it after going to another location to get the actual number before I miss some payments.
Waited 13 minutes in the drive thru lane. No one else in line, claimed to be so slammed they couldn't get to me for 10 minutes. Horrible customer service.
