My fiancee and I had an emergency that came up and came into World Finance to apply for a personal loan. Both receptionist and manager greeted us and were both extremely friendly. The manager explained everything and how it works so we both understood the type of loan we were approved off. The store wasn't shady looking and it's not in a shady neighborhood, you don't feel as though your applying for a loan where you will never get out off, as everything was explained to us as well as she answered our questions without hesitation or dodging the question. We did pay the loan off with out any hidden fees or anything to that effect. My fiancee and I are not planning on getting any more loans, but if in an emergency again we will go through World Finance again.
Spoke to a tax preparer that was extremely rude. I plan on speaking to a manager on Monday.
