I’ve been doing business with Tower Loan for 4+ years & I will not go anywhere else!! The Lee’s Summit office treats you like you’re family. They are not pushy and give you several options on your loan term & payment amount. The lady manager has always been upfront and honest. They have never “harassed” me. I would recommend Tower Loan to anyone. I guarantee the people who left a negative review are Liberal or a Democrat & didn’t pay their bill.
The ladies in the Lee’s Summit office are always so nice and kind to me. I would recommend them to anyone. They always greet you with a smile and have a positive attitude. I got behind a month and they were very understanding. I always stayed in contact and the manager was wonderful to work with. I will definitely go back!!

Do not use! Aggressive creditor. Poor reviews for all locations because of tachitics used once you have accepted a loan. Harassment is the best way to describe their practice.
RUDE disrespectful employees. They have young girls working at the lee's summit location who are very rude. Continuously calling wrong number and then hanging up in our face. I can't imagine employees like that representing my company.
