Since Sarah isn’t there the staff is rude!!! I was 11 days late and I talked to them and Michelle sent me a right to cure threatening to take my truck! When I called her about it she said pay your bill I told her we had already talked to them! It took them 2 weeks to tell me they could not refinance me and even at that we had to call them! I would never recommend them to anyone ever again! Terrible terrible people!
The staff was fast and efficient. Sarah Andrist the branch manager was so nice and explianed the loan process to put my mind at ease. Thank you for your help!
