The worst pay day loan service in kcmo!!! It was a good company before it changed to Lend Nation. Had 3 or 4 pay day loans their no problems at all. Then the store changed name and ownership.. It is a horrible store now. I would never go back and do business at the store again. No customer service at all, they can not reach out to corporate to solve problems, no legal office number to fix hard pulls on your credit scores and extremely slow on getting loans.. I got a installment loan 2 months ago and the lady named Kelly that give me the loan said they would not do a hard pull on my credit score becuase i have had 3 pay day loans before this. Within 15 mins i got a hard pull on my credit report and dropped me 7 points and i called back up to the store and told them they was wrong and i was lied to and they hurt my credit score. Kelly said sorry and she would fix the problems. Its been 2 months now and they have not fixed the problem. I call them 2 to 3 times a week and they always have a excuse. Nobody at corporate will call them back, its a holiday, no legal office, i have to fix the problems myself, they dont kno how to fix it, no corporate number. All this store will do is lie and ruin your credit please stay away and go to a better pay day loan store that can fix problems and has a real corporate number.. Please use my bad experience and dont let it happen to you and dont be a victim of this store!!!!
Awful customer service. Even more awful on being prepared with plenty of money. All my fiancé and I wanted to do was cash our payroll checks. Sounds like something that shouldn’t be a hassle right? Well first off the guy in front of us was upset because Lendnation misplaced his file. How, in 2019, do you misplace someone’s info after he’s used the service many times? Anyway, after waiting 25 minutes it was finally our turn. Apparently it doesn’t matter if we used another LendNation location, we had to start from scratch and fill out paperwork. Mildly annoying. Cashed my check with no problem. Didn’t have enough in the drawer to cash my fiancé’s. Refused to tell us how long it would be even though we had already waited so long. Understandably we were upset. Instead of providing good customer service, after we had given criticism about how it was ridiculous for how long it was taking, she said “I’m gonna just give your check back.” Obviously didn’t want to deal with us. She even said she was the branch manager! And there were so many customers in line commenting on how ridiculous the wait was. This whole experience was just awful. When this place was still Checksmart it was good, and then LendNation took over. Had a great experience at the NW Prairie View location - but if you’re expecting the same good customer service here, I’d advise you to look elsewhere.

The manager at this store was awesome, she went out of her way to help resolve a problem with my card spending 30+ minutes on the phone calling all checksmart locations in the area. The customer service is excellent
