It only took one visit with Austin to witness his aptitude and pure dedication for helping me find the best loan options when I needed assistance. We were finished within a mere half an hour, and within that short time-frame, I saw Austin and the rest of the seemingly close-knit team at the Jefferson City branch communicating with genuine smiles to their customers and one another. They personified the meaning of working together as a finely tuned piece of machinery, and that machine acted like a massage chair to me, allowing me to leave happy and relaxed from any previous tensions I had before.
