This location is terrible. Every time you walk in it’s a bad vibe and it’s always terrible news. Trust me. Lend Nation in Cape is WAY better. There staff are friendlier and more willing to help. In Jackson it’s like they show up to be rude and go home. Never will I ever come back to this location. I’ve made 3 attempts to “try” this location and have been disappointed every time. Been to Cape Lend Nation over 10 times and never not happy leaving the building. It’s sad because I live in Jackson but convince does not play a factor anymore. Terrible service. Just terrible.
My experience was Great!! The customer service was excellent! and I got the help I needed.
These people are horrible they don't leave messages and will take money from people and cause grief do not get loans from them ever.
