This is the worst place that I have ever did business with; while they did allow me to take out the max allowed for my BMW at the time, one of the females there would not allow me to make a payment while expressing it was 33 days due while I had the amount due which would of brought me up to current; meanwhile I was pregnant and almost close to due and on top of that I had to spend most money loaned on parts to get it repaired and ended up also having mechanics get over and spent what I took the majority of the amount loaned on repairs along with my paycheck from work and had to catch Lyft, call z trips being that my place of employment is a distance and I often had prenatal appointments and I even had to take public transportation on top of going through other surrealness then two mechanics one a mobile mechanic, one through the field brothers did not fix my vehicle as they claimed while I not only had to pay for parts but a hefty labor fee and towing expenses which exceeded what I had initially took out a title loan for and after figuring that the mechanics were getting over I had to allow my vehicle to sit til I got new parts which I was informed again by another mechanic and had to await another part and then they had the nerve to tell me they were going to get it while what is crazy is they were going to get the payment yet one of the workers would not work with me at first while explaining to her the situation and on top of that I was due for delivery and going through much on top of that and then went into labor then they took my BMW X5 and the took my title sold it then had the nerve to try to charge me a balance!!!! I cannot believe that they would have the nerve then sold it for 700 while I paid more than that for my truck and when I had the money the female was not trying to hear what I was trying to express all because I was 33 days late yet, it is insulting and appalling to try to not work with someone when they are trying initially
We were referred to this store and wow are we glad we were. The manager Lovetta is a real multi tasking professional with the greatest sense of humor and friendly attitude. She is a real sweetheart and she always greets us like she has known us forever! Her staff is always on top of things and she knows how to manage very well. Thank you for everything!
