Horrible. Completely horrible! Just moved here from Seattle Washington and my father had a deposit return from our apartment in Washington, had them verify it with the signer (Windermere real estate) over phone and they said it was all good. Then we show up there and they took much more time then necessary to look it over then told us they couldn't cash it. I am almost 100 percent positive it was due to our tattoos and because we are from out of state. Terrible terrible customer service, i guess crime really is that bad here. Disgusting and a waste of my time.
