I love shopping here everyone is always so nice and always have great deals.
I go in to pawn some items off games which were worth $3 I got $10 off two games before but since they changed people the items you try to sell gotten less so you dont get as much as their worth other places, plus i had rings I gotten from this site called bubbly belle they sell bath bombs with rings inside you get a code you enter to see how much they're worth two are $15 the other is worth $20. Well the guy looks at the rings and says I dont buy costume rings didnt even bother to put them under the magnifying thing to see if their real or not just held them in his hands and looked at them and said I dont buy costume rings.
This store has 3 stars as you can see the supervisor who is in charge of this store is very disrespectful and unpleasant has terrible customer service a member of my family bought jewelry and this supervisor refused to clean the jewelry after having cashed the money, he counted the time to go to his house when there were several minutes to close. People like this supervisor should stay lazy at home ❌
This morning, I went in with my loan note to pay it in full. Two female customer reps were pretty nasty telling me I CAN'T use my -DEBIT- card to pay the loan in full. They claimed there is a clause on the back of the loan note: No goods sent C.O.D. No credit cards or personal checks accepted. No goods shown for redemption unless paid in advance. NOTHING in that clause mentioned we can't use our debit cards. These 2 women actually put up a fight in front of other customers when I made my point that debit cards are not included in the clause, therefore I should be able to use my DEBIT card. The customer service is a very negative experience. I never seen these 2 women before in the shop until this morning. I wouldn't recommend this place to do cash loans until these 2 rude women are either educated in better customer service or let go. Edited: I returned with cash to get my items out of this shop. One of the 2 rude women whispered to a manager about me, and when i asked her if she was talking about me, she said no. The 3rd woman, a manager, was a lot nicer. She helped with the payment and got my items returned. And gave me her business card to call anytime.
Was able to pawn my son's Nintendo switch for $55 and my sisters blow dryer but they wouldn't take it. Gave us $11 for 77 DVDs we had though
