Got bad info from the main Central Bank office saying I could cash a CD at any branch. The closest branch was Branson West....still 45 minutes away. Got there and they couldn't do it. Sent me to Highlandville 20 min further away. Nope, Highlandville can't do it and didn't make any effort to figure out how to get it done. Called the main Springfield bank from the parking lot who called Highlandville and told them how to do it. Now waiting with no apologies from Highlandville, no offer of water, nothing. Actually they are all ignoring me and I'm the only customer here. Definitely will not recommend.
Banked with them for over 20 years, never had any problems.
