The store on 5 near the state line has the rudest manager Chris that I have ever met. We have been rudely talked to, argued with, lied to several times. This is only place closest to us to use, so weve over looked it till now. Today was the worst she has ever been. We had an emergency so we came in to receive a loan for myself and one for my husband. Well unbeknownst to us there was $22 due on my husbands. We asked why, and she sad it was from a bad check. We told her we didnt have a bad check. She said it was from a check she had to put through twice. Well that check went through, it was good. I even came in and personally handled it and showed her the bank statement to prove it with her. She flat out lied and said it wasnt her but it was. Any way we paid the $22 in fees with cash right then and there. She gave us no receipt, and wouldnt give us one. My husband asked asked her why they didnt let us know that we had money owed because we would have paid it when I was there last. It was only $22 Or i would have come in again, if we'd known. She very rudely said "well I'm not gonna sue you over $22. So why would we notify you". My husband laughed and said well we would have paid it sooner if we knew. She came back and said in a not so nice way "next time dont come in and question us or argue about fees when you wrote a bad check. Now no more. Let's drop it." So I then said " but we didnt write a bad check, you keep saying it was bad but it wasnt, like we are dirt". She instantly became psycho and whipped our papers off the counter and said she wasnt giving us a loan. My husband did get mad then and called her not so nice name and he walked out. I told her I was reporting her, and she yelled back as i went out the door.."why, why would you do that??. I'm not sure how they run other stores but I will let everyone I know, know about this. I was already warned the first time we ever came in about her. She has bad mouthed her fellow workers to us, she has blamed them over things. When she is in good mood, shes told me quite a few interesting things. Not a person I would want running my store. Cant make money if she treats others like that

I've delta with quick cash 2 different times now. Great people to get to know, easy to work with and get along with. Communication is a big part of this company, and just remember that if you communicate, everything will work wonderfully.

I called this establishment yesterday and they let me know everything I needed, paycheck stubs, bank statements, checks, id, lease agreement. Drove over an hour to get there. My husband had a seizure yesterday and we are short $$for his prescriptions. The lady decided once I got there since my bank account wasn't local they would not do it. Wayne's my situation that I had called prior to that day and nobody said it had to be a local bank and the situation with my husband and needing the money for his prescriptions the lady never told me she was sorry she never had any remorse just told me there was regulations. I have constant good income and all of their requirements. I would not suggest anybody going to this place and if you had to I would suggest making sure they would accept everything before making the drive the lady was incredibly rude.
