Treated badly by Amy Cornelison. I met with Amy to open a new account upon acceptance of my offer to purchase the property at 502 West Jefferson Avenue next door to First State Community Bank. The legal and binding realty contract was e-mailed to her private email account with both seller and buyer signatures! The next day I called three times finally leaving a message to return my call? AMY NEVER CALLED BACK between 10:51 am and 4pm! Management should be aware that this is not the way to gain business or keep customers. Personal contacts are important to me but seem irrelevant to this bank manager. Tsk, tsk, Amy. My money goes where I go--so, I will keep my out-of-state checking and savings account active at J.P. Morgan Chase until such time that things change at FSCB. NOT RECOMMENDED DUE TO POOR SERVICE.
