After an unexpected furnace catastrophe on Christmas Eve (and no heat over Christmas) I found the timing of the furnace's failure to be out of sync with my monthly finances. I was a difficult case for Amy at Security to qualify simply because I had no credit history as I pay only in cash but she worked with me and in less than 24 hours Amy qualified me for the loan I needed AND in less than 24 hours the check for my loan was in my hands.
