I paid off two vehicle loans with them. With a overage of $4500.00 for early pay off. They set on my money for over two weeks drawing interest off of it. And still waiting for reimbursement. Will never use them again . And I will even go as far to say . If you are going to pay off any loan with Great Southern Bank make sure you do it with cash and to the penny. Because if it is a check from any other financial institution . They set on it to make interest on your money.
I’ve been dealing with them for awhile now and I’ve been really happy. They don’t charge for having a checking account was one of the reasons for switching to them.
