The staff here are by far the friendliest staff I have encountered with just about any company or business. They remember your name and treat you so kindly and really go above and beyond what I expected of a bank. Every question I had they answered kindly and patiently. My husband and I moved and we were debating switching banks but we loved this bank and how we were treated so much we just decided to stay with Commerce and do our banking online. I hope Commerce as a company knows how great a branch they have in Branson. If anyone was looking into opening an account with a bank in the Branson area, without a doubt I would suggest this bank.
Been with them about 2 years now and i absolutely love it. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Downgrading to one star because they set up a savings account, with no monthly fee, provided I access the account online ( no monthly statements would be mailed to me). I complied with their instructions but Commerce mailed monthly statements and charged $3.00 a month anyway. Cancelled the account, not worth all the trouble.
We had a very bad experience with them 2007 Very dishonest unethical bank! Even today they are still ruining our credit!
