When we bought our car a few months ago, we were already very pleased with the service we received from Central Bank Vice President of Consumer Loans, Scott Jacobson. He had adviced us to purchase the warranty for our vehicle, and we are so happy that we did! Last week, I took the vehicle in for a routine oil change, and the Toyota service technician told me about a bad leak in the timing chain cover. It was a BIG fix that we were absolutely not expecting or able to pay for at the time. I called Scott, and he immediately emailed over the warranty to the service technician. Our service technician was blown away at the speed of response from the warranty company, the ease of working with them, and the coverage they offered. He told me that he was astonished at how easy they were to work with. Most warranty companies have to send out an adjuster to make sure the problem is "worst case scenario" and make sure that it was absolutely necessary. But not with us! The adjuster just needed Aaron to send a picture of the damage to document and he had the car back to me within 2 days! In the mean time, they covered a rental car for me to drive. We didn't have to wait on an adjuster to come which really sped up the process. We ended up saving over $2,500 with our warranty, all we had to pay for on the repairs was the fluid and taxes. THAT'S IT! I was blown away, and so was the service technician. I am so grateful that Scott had the conversation with us about the warranty, because it was an absolute God-send for our new family last week! If you have the option to get this warranty, you will NOT regret it. Go see Scott Jacobson, he will take amazing care of you. He goes above and beyond and we are so thankful we chose Central Bank of Branson!

If you like being stolen from this is the bank for you a terrible bank
They repeatedly let charges go through that I couldn't afford and then charged me overdraft fees, despite me repeatedly asking them to disable the scam "overdraft protection", then they reported me to a collections agency almost a month after I paid the balance in full, because the branch didn't report to the credit agency that I paid it off... Update 02/19: It's been over two months now since I went to the bank and paid it off in full and I've gotten THREE letters about it. Each time I called and they act like they're unaware of my payment. Ridiculous!
I stopped in to this FDIC, bank today because It was conveniently located for me. All I needed was some change to put into my cas drawer, a couple of rolls of pennies, a roll of nickles and a roll of dimes. There was no one at the teller line but me and I was told that because I was not an account holder at the bank that they're not allowed to give me change. Well, I don't know for sure if this practice is against the FDIC licensing, but I do know that the policy will keep me from ever being a customer this bank.
