Everyone at the Blue Springs office are awesome. Love doing business with them and one main financial.
overall experience has been good. borrowed money to pay my credit cards off. will be paying off the remaining balance with my tax return. only problem is the interest rate is pretty high. i have decent credit but i only make like $100 leeway every month after interest hits. everyone has been polite and helpful.
Already had a loan with them from a different branch, but it was like they couldn't transfer my info, I feel the service was slower than the location twice the distance, one person called me, when I returned the call I was told she was out to lunch, and I dealt with another, then I was told to come in at a specific time, to witch I received a call ten mins prior for more info. I show up on time, and one lady tells me the lady I'm looking for just stepped out, and they're not ready for me. She took me to the closing room anyways, and for the next hour It was back and forth with the two of them. If I was to use service again I'd consider driving twice the distance to the location I visited the first time.
it's an easy process to get a loan through here, takes forever tough. also hate the fact that i need to move the due date, i signed a paper to move it but they "lost it" they are trying to send out a form or paper to me but the first one was a few days ago still have not got it so they are re sending it again
