I used to think that they were really nice people..and most of the people that work there are.They hired a new assistant manager recently and she has absolutely no people skills.She was horribly rude,kept calling me babe (in a sarcastic way)after I asked her not to.She was very disrespectful.
Good place, great people.
I give tower loan a 4 because they helped me out when I was having a hard time in life. Now, the hard times kept coming and I fell behind on payments... Even though they did call daily and leave messages to get me to pay ( rightly so, it was my debt) they were kind to me and worked with me. They didn't make me feel like a loser like others had In the past. I'm thankful for that! I'm still trying to get caught up but I'm thankful for the non judgmental office they are! Thank you!
Poor service. This is a loan shark company, Make sure you don’t fall on hard times and miss a payment they will take you to court and garnish your wages. Beware! If you can go anywhere else but here for a loan.
We purchased furniture from Carol using their 0% promotion. They provide the loan through this company. Throughout the loan they never sent out statements with a due date or balance. I called in to request the balance and paid it off. Two months after paying the final balance I received calls and a letter stating I was past due. When I called they stated I owed more money and it was past due. The manager was very rude an unapologetic for the error. I had to demand a invoice showing what I owed and why. I highly recommend this company be avoided. I also hope Carol House choses more wisely who they partner with.
