On March 4th of 2018 , I was laid off unexpectedly after years of dedication. I waited patiently for unemployment. I had previously had loans with Courtesy Loans in another county that were always on time and paid off several times over and over again. Well, it had been years so Randy the Manager couldn't find those files through Park Hills Office. He was very professional and understanding of my situation and really helped me out in a time of need . Now I am on top paying more than my the minimum payment . Randy is family oriented and overall a kind guy . Hey, we have all been down and out . Bo judgement . Please consider Loan Loans of Arnold for your assistance in need next time . I drive from South City Saint Louis to see Randy because of his kind nature .
They are nice and good in the beginning but as soon as you can not pay and you tell them that you are doing bankruptcy they get rude and start harassing you after hours at your jobs. Almost making you lose them. So not happy with the way this turned out in the end.
They claim they are fast and convenient but are to busy doing nothing. Talking about lunch and made me feel that I was inferior to them. They also say you only need an ID, source of income and a utility bill. That's true until you attempt to get a loan. They didn't approve of why or when I was going to use the loan either. They wanted to know every bit of personal information I had and claim they don't do credit checks either. I was denied for not having enough credit references!!! Horrible experience. Never go there. They either don't want the business or don't want to help anyone. Probably both.
