I have been a customer here for a while. Never had a problem with customer service until this month. The CSR was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful when I returned her phone call. On top of it she wanted to argue with me. I could understand it I was late or something, but I was not. I politely told her that I would never do business with them again.
I will never do business with Quick Cash in Tupelo ever again. Yes I was late on making my payment but..... the CRS that called me and my references DO NOT DESERVE TO BE CUSSED OUT, DEMEANED, PUT DOWN, OR HAVE TO PUT UP WITH SARCASTIC COMMENTS. I will be calling the corporate office and talking to a manager about the customer service at this store and how I was treated. She needs to be FIRED.
