Tellers are always friendly and willing to help.
Don’t try to get a credit card or loan here they don’t do the loans themselves it’s through a third party that sucks. And they can’t help you with any questions. They just send you back and fourth all day.
Woodforest is not Chase Manhattan or UberBank, but its a very convenience and service oriented bank, usually located in Walt-Marts. The people are very good and I like the fact that they know me. This bank allowed my wife and I to get back on our feet. The only downside to this bank is that they nickle and dime you for every little service and ATM fees are charged, regardless of the ATM used.
There's never enough help there at peak hours, and some of your help is really rude! Why be with a bank this long, and then them tell you no, on a small loan really and we have NEVER been over drawn , that is why we are switching banks at the first of the year!
