Takes advantage of people, I have a good credit score and when I went I needed cash fast for an emergency and didn’t look at my interest rate because I was still in shock from this major life event that had happen and a year later I called because I was going to pay off the remaining turns out my interest rate is 42% so I still own more than what I borrowed WITH a 700 credit score at the time borrowed. Please consider all other options before even thinking of using this company. They will ruin any chance you have at a future if you let them.
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! I CALLED TO GET A PAYOFF AND THEY (AMBER) TOLD ME SHE COULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT MY LEG WAS BROKEN AND COULDN'T COME IN. SHE WANTED TO KNOW WHO WAS PAYING IT OFF AND HOW I WAS GONNA GET THERE SINCE MY LEG WAS BROKEN. I NEVER SEEN A GROUP OF PEOPLE SO DISRESPECTFUL!! I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE AND I USUALLY DON'T USE THE WORD HATE BUT THEY ARE SO IGNORANT!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE!!!! IF YOU HAVE A LOAN WITH THEM GET OUT NOW!! I HATE THAT I HAD TO PUT AT LEAST ONE STAR!! THEY DESERVE NO STARS!!
This place is a HORRIBLE place to work, they don’t like helping, Autumn one of the co managers has a huge ego, the managers just like to talk about their personal life. The money is great but as far as help there is none.
They will call your place of employment looking for you even when you schedule to make a payment then lie about calling them this place is like making a deal with the devil Stay Away!!!!!!!!
