Sat for an hour and half waiting on 2 people. The old man working the place is the most rude individual you could have working for you. Told 2 other people at 5pm they would have to come back tomorrow. 5:50 rolls around and he tells me I have to come back tomorrow, after waiting since 4:15!!! He was rude about it...worst customer service ever...has no people skills and obviously doesnt know how to talk to people the right way. Get yourself someone else in there who can talk to people the right way. I wont be coming back to do business here.
I came earlier today for western union and it worked perfectly fine. I came in 3 hours later to do another transaction and he said how can I help you I said western union again he said one sec, then said you know what come back in 30mins it’s been down. He’s very unprofessional and lazy .
