Do not have a great personality skills had to wait in the lobby for at least an hour and a half and my mom is disabled im able to come in the building as normally due to fact she came from a doctor's appointment that she was slight dizzy didn't see the problem that I had to go get my mom from the car normally we would have someone come out in the lobby and assist her by her not able to stay up long. Of time due to the fact she has had three Strokes I feel it's unprofessional and unfair that the manager is very rude and disrespectful two customers that comes in as faithful customers that normally do it's a sweet lady she's nice and kind and she go over and Beyond at her job to assist people disabled now we'll come out to the table wit paperwork to them I never had a problem up until today manager just was being rude and when it was time to give me my mom's money she just threw everything on top of the paper and showed it out the window didn't explain the terms and the agreement thank God I already knew them I don't appreciate people that disrespect me when I happened to disrespect them I hope this goes to corporate for someone to see this I'm satisfied with the service for today
