I have used Quik Lend for 10 years.. never late on payments or anything.. my problem occurred last Friday... oh let me say this first.. a Quik Lend now called Approved Cash called me a week or 2 before I went in to get a loan and asked me did I need anything... they are looking forward to me coming back and they are here if I need them... I said thank you but I just had surgery and I wouldn’t be able to payback, but I may need them when I return to work again... I only use them for emergencies only.. ok with that being said I went in to do a check loan for 300 , she says ok just update your info... I did. She called my references and my job as I waited.. ok then she asked for a bank deposit... I showed her that.. she got a copy.. ok everything should be fine now.. then she ask for a check stub.. I showed her some but couldn’t find my July because I only had 1 because I was off work. Then I was in there almost 3 hours for her to offer me 100-150... because of 1. Check stub that was listed on my bank statement.. I didn’t understand.. I said I have been faithful for 10 years and u see that my job deposited the check that I can’t find the stub for.. so she says it’s policy.. I said I fully understand but I guess if I would have came when they needed me to come in it wouldn’t have been an issue... now y’all called my job and they said I had just left work... I see no reason for a 10 year or more faithful client had to go through hell.... like I said I just started back working and if I could have gotten what I needed the pay time was right on my payday.. it was a emergency and I took the 150 because Lord knows I needed something.. I have 3 children and I didn’t want to get a loan knowing I couldn’t pay it back... after I pay this I will no longer be a faithful customer of yours anymore because they were absolutely wrong.. all my proof and the calls she made while I sat there for all those hours to get denied... but thank u for the 150 I did get a chance to put 100 on my lights and buy the kids 50 in food!! They were here for me .. that’s what she said when she called.. yeah ok!!! Damn y’all!!
