I have called to make payments on my loans and they have claimed not see one of the loans. I inform them that I absolutely have a loan for a certain amount and that I usually pay so much on it. They insist they cannot find it. I get a call FOUR months later saying my payments are late! HOW CAN I PAY SOMETHING YOU GUYS CLAIM YOU CANT FIND even though I TOLD you and assured you that I do in fact, have a loan for that amount with you? Then to call me up acting like I have been trying to avoid paying? I have tried several times to pay and they claim they can’t find the loan, even though I have actually made payments on that loan before! Disorganized and inefficient at collecting payments and keeping track of accounts. Just avoid this place at all cost.

Very professional and nice. They always answer all my questions, as tedious as that can be, and always keep me informed; I'm very pleased with how forward they are about information concerning my account. The employees seem a bit overworked, but that seems to be normal in office environments such as that. I will definitely consider doing business with them in the future. EDIT: Some staff members are cold and callous, and they continue to call you and send you mail even when you ask them to stop (long after you have paid off your loan). If your payment is late, they will call you every single day until you pay it, even though they say they will mark your account to be paid on ___ day when you get paid. I have deducted 1 star for the continuous harassment, and 1 star because their online payment portal never seems to work, so you have to call in your payment and give your card number over the phone to a person (I worry about fraud) or go into the office you got the loan at (because they can't take payments on a loan you got at another Tower Loan apparently?).
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They will tell you one thing over the phone and complete opposite once you’re inside the store. The branch manager is rude and unprofessional. Will never do business with these people again.
