Lisa the manager apparently doesn’t know how to use the ‘Be right back’ sign on the door when she is using the bathroom. So I knocked several times to get inside the door because I’m 8 1/2 months pregnant and it hurts to stand for long periods of time because the baby is sitting really low and it puts too much pressure on my cervix. She opens the door and gets an attitude with me because I had no idea she was using the bathroom. It isn’t right to berate your customers like a child.
Went in to get a title loan but their systems were done. Left and number and was told she would call us back as soon as they came back up. We waited 2 1/2 hours with no call. So decided to drove back over there. We were waiting only 2 minutes up the road. Walked in and was told that yes, they were, but that she couldn't do it today. Because by the time it would be our turn it would be too dark to take a picture of the truck. Customer ahead of us suggested she take a picture of the truck right then that way she already has the picture when it is our turn but she said no, "It's not their policy." Not happy at all.
