Very Rude and disrespectful customer service, the lady named Jessica who works there is very unpleasant, she was mean and rude, she came up with every excuse not to do her job! I understand company policy, but it's a way to talk to and treat your customers and this lady should never work customer service for any companies, her attitude makes the whole company look bad! After I realized that she had a bad attitude and horrible at helping people, I asked for her manager and she lied and said she was the manager, she did not know that I knew the actual manager Helen, who has very good customer service skills, unlike Jessica... She proceeded to say, well im the assistant manager, and if she is, I hope this company knows what type of people are working for them! Bad attitudes, unprofessional, rude, intolerable, neglectful, arrogant, liars! That's not a good look for a company that deals with money! The last thing u need is for a liar like Jessica working at the Money Now on pass Rd in Biloxi Mississippi, handling your money! Run run run run run from her!
